*squee* Vulpix is one of my old favorites! I loved it so much, so adorable and it said it's name in such a cute fashion. And of course, my golden one Mew! x3. Ah, this one brings back memories of how much I loved the first episode with Vulpix where Brock gets it. And it was my favorite plushie when they gave them away at KFC YEARS ago xD my first plushie ever was Dratini though xP Very nice work, you captured both their cuteness and personality^^ I simply adore your expressions.

And yeah! Omg I remember those plushies, I used to have caterpie I think ^^ And Aerodactyl or mew or something can't remember all that well actually. And the epicsodes when Brock used Vulpix were all the best ones! I love vulpix too! ^^ She's so cute X3

I use to and still think it's a boy, but it could be a girl, they never were specific in the series. But yeah at KFC they use to have plushies for the kids meal, they had Vulpix, Dratini, Seal and Zubat. But I bought other from the stores.
aww you're very welcome. I just wish I gave more constructive crticism, but like I said in the previous comment, watercolors are hard. I used gouache before, which is a slightly thicker version of watercolor, so I could judge a little on those. I may give some suggestions for improvement someday, but you are a great artist, so no worries x3

You sound so experienced! I've never used gouache, do they come in colours? Because I've only ever seen a white version of it, and it's kind of pasty like toothpaste : D And anytime, you can criticise to your content, it's lovely hearing what you say whatever it is (though most of it has been real real nice

xD Trust me the computer can be very limiting. Be skilled in traditional because that is what is becoming the most desired way of art. Sure, working on computers will get you a big salary, but well done coloring or drawing by hand is really admired now since computers have become so popular. I need to get back and do some paintings with oil someday, I draw by hand, but I don't want to loose my experience in using traditional media.
And I only sound experienced due to the schooling I have done so far, being lucky enough to go to a high school where you could major in the arts and now college xD But any art experienced person can make a critique, but I still have a lot to learn to become truly great. People who buy art know what they are talking about when they judge your work, doesn't mean they could do it better xD. But it does make me happy that you like my work x3
And be more confident in yourself. You have a talent there, you make very adorable pieces. I think you should draw more people someday and learn more on anatomy. You're doing good now, but you can go so much farther the more you learn. I need to learn too, been practicing with a friends birthday gift and I like how it's coming out, better then I use to be anyway, but I want to get into a life drawing class so I can actually learn more and understand the body better.
And for you wondering what gouache is like, I could send you the one and only piece I did in that media in a note. Yes you can get them in color and they are easier to blend then watercolors. But they dry almost as fast as watercolors, so they take work to get use to the drying pace. But I think they could benefit you

Sorry, don't know how to quote here, but yes, I think you're right. Maybe it would be nice to draw people sometime. ^^ But I love pokemon, I never get to draw them so often. I have drawn Manga and anime, but not a lot of people know them X3 so much of those pictures are not in my gallery. I'd love to draw a realsitic final fantasy style though (I'm rubbish with that realistic stuff on the other hand).

I prefer oils over some of the other media used. The only thing that is frustrating about it is keeping it from getting on stuff since it stays wet for days. Other then that, it makes it really easy to go back and blend. And about the people I see you can draw them really well, its just always good to practice to et better^^ plus I saw your new submission today and I cant wait to comment on it.

New years one? O.o and oh I have a looooong way to go until I'm better. I'm still off on a lot of things, anatomy is difficult and I still need to work at it. I think my more current one I'm working on is better, but I still need lots of work to get it down right. But thanks for the encouragement, it helps^^
