It's kind of obvious who this is...
MEW!
The CUTEST legendary there is!

I didn't want to draw Pokemon.
But I drew an eye and ended up drawing a Mew
it's not bad at all, though
I had so much fun making this!

I did it with memory so if anything is wrong, I didn't know, sorry. xP

I tried a new coloring technique which takes a lot longer to do but it's a lot better and so beautiful in my opinion! NO MORE NASTY PENCIL STROKES. I still need to practice, but practice makes perfect, after all!
