Description "I like drawing such things. Sometimes it gets really hard finishing such time-consuming drawings. This one was fun for me though. Took me two evenings and one lunch break.

I used, as usual, a hard pencil (4h) for the genal drawing, then a slightly softer one for the shadows. Finally i took a softer mechanical pencil for streaking the outlines.

So far ... hope u like it."

But through the fact, that u want to sell it, you wont tell us too much about the story, i am afraid of. Am i right? oO ...
Some suggest: Perhaps u can produce a little trailer for us, when the right time has come. I dont know if u know, but there is an very interesting technice u could do so without having to spend too much money: If i got you right Manthos will also draw your storyboard. There could be reached amzing results with filming up the drawings of a staoryboard. you could even zoom in, in the picture and blend them over for a bit of action. A bit of sound and some narrator voice .... e voiala.

You are correct. Telling the story has the danger of losing interest in seeing it in a theater and/or in a graphic novel. Manthos and I have begun talking about how many storyboards to show and which ones to show, but those main decisions will be made as we get the storyboards together in sets.

I do like the idea of a trailer though. We have been talking, a great deal, about the best ways to promote the project. There is a promotional poster in the works, though possibly for a graphic novel version. We're also talking about a trailer to put on youtube. Whether that's from the storyboards, or we actually create some concept action, or both, I'm not sure yet.

We're also working on a website, not just for this project but all of our projects.

It's a lot to think about, but we are very excited about it, and I really appreciate your ideas and especially getting to communicate with you about it. It's always great to have other peoples thoughts to give us new avenues to take.

Thanks! I really appreciate it!!

you are very welcome man!Oh yes I kinda remember now the "da-k" !
I know its hard to change things at the current stage my friend, its justI wanted to point out some thing for the next work perhaps Im glad to help a bit.also I want honestly to thank you for the watch Daniel,it is appreciated. Some personal opinion about changing things in artworks,I used to be afraid to but in the art college I figured out and learned that chance is for good and we dont have to be afraid to wreck something a bit and bring improvements. It really helped me that. But this is just what I think of course.Your first wacom attempt is really wonderful and i mean it.

So, i ve got a little problem with your comment, my friend. Critique, especially if it comes from a great artist like u r in my eyes, is always welcome! but when u say: "I wanted to point out some thing for the next work" it sounds like u told me something to improve, wich i didnt like to hear or something. The problem is, that ur comment was so lovely, i just cant find something like that there.
With my last sentence, on wich u refered perhaps, "changing everything now" and so on i meant this new account here. (reuploading stuff and so on)

BUT, everything is a bit confusing .... perhaps i didnt get u right, and your comment refered to the discoussion about exactly this topic, i started with "soxrule" in the comments of this deviatation right here...

Sorry if its a bit complicated, but i am really interested in getting behind it...

..so, always great to hear from you.

Hi there Daniel,I guess you misunderstood me here because in a no way I didnt want to mean anything wrong. The problem is in the
Engish and thats where the misunderstanding apparently happened. It seems I didnt got right your previous comments saying about changing everything ,reloading and stuff.I thought you meant about the image and not the account. Also when I said about improvement i meant there is always room for improvements in our arts and of course the same goes for me.I dont know if "pointing out" was the right word but I just wanted to say that when someone suggests some things that could improve our works are being said in a kind way in order to give us better results in our next artworks.
I just answered to your invite to comment about your artwork.there were clearly not any bad intention to offend you or something.English are not my native language and there are things I could understand well.
Dont worry I think I understood right what you said my friend,it ok!
im waiting for your answer!

Hey my friend. I didnt feel attacked or offended by your comment in now way, belive me. I ve got my problems with ths english stuff as well!
Your comment is always very appreciated.
I just wanted t get u right, and it is a really funny accident, that u talked about that changing things in artworks topicjust independent of the conversation of me and "soxrule" right here.
If you find the time, read through this conversation, and u see what i mean. And there u can find personal opinion about this topic as well.
See you, dude.

Hehe,It really is ok Daniel,I completely understand that this is because of the english misunderstanding my friend,Im glad you didnt take it the wrong way,I really having some often english problems, both in understanding phrases and expressing the right way what I need to say.Yes ,I did read the comments and the conversation was indeed complicated, but its honestly fine now.I have left you a note too.
See you my friend,Thank you!

Beautiful pencil work and I love the wings on both of them!!The only thing I would change is the clothing shouldn't hang off their bodies they should be blowing in the wind like the hair. The hair shows them moving downward fast but the clothing is just hanging there.
No matter its still a very cool looking drawing and the detail you put into it is awesome!! Great work!

Thanks for your comment. Its definitely appreciated!
When i read this comment i first thoght ... "WTF...?! ... This dude is damn right. Why didnt i see it on my own. But then i remembered thinking about this while drawing. So i looked up my scetches for this one, and TADA ... the clothes where goining to the top. But when i saw it, i got in mind again, why i did change it: In this step the whole dynamic of the picture was was geared to this falling down process. In my eyes the composition was falling out of the paper. But i wanted to get to a more time freezed sculpturesque charackter. So i thought, maybe there is a force beside of this demon-guy, that pulls them to the ground. But i see, that i didnt draw this thought consequently. (then i whould have to draw the cloth strong to the left-down direction)

Well, I am not the guy, to rework my art. From the moment on, i decide i am finished i usually dont put my hands on it any more, even if i see some faults. There are so much other projekts and idears that are waiting to get some of my short time.

Its really great to recieve a comment that shows, that somebody truely engaged and thoght about a piece. Whould like to hear more of you!

The way I look at is this is why we ,as artists, post our work so other artists can see it and also help us improve and how can we improve if someone doesn't give us little helpful hints as to HOW we can improve on future drawings. I know what you mean about "not going back" to a completed drawing I'm the same way.I almost never go back to fix something once I feel I am done no matter how "off" something maybe.I'll be keeping an eye out for future drawings from you and if you get a chance swing by my gallery and check out the drawings. If you do let me know what you think.::

The progress of not going back has for me one big advantage. You can see in what way u r improving or changing with the years.

If u see a real hard mistake, you can simply make something new, where u can show yourself that u learned of the former fault.

In the end, its one of the things, that makes the difference between payed works as illustrator or designer, or creating art just for your own. In the first case, u always got to change something, even if it may be already perfect in your eyes. But in the other case, its my personal freedom, letting something stand the way it was originally done.

But ofcourse there are artists that rework their art again and again, and often they get to amazing results by this way.

So, to cut a long story short lets give everyone the freedom to do what he wants, buts lets all work together to improve.

I couldn't have said it better myself.Frank Frazetta's wife locks his paintings away from him just so he can't go back and rework them!!!
