Okay, I have no excuse for not working on owed art this time.
I’m just fucking around and taking care of less important priorities first.
BUT GUISE, HE NEEDED A NEW REF.
So I made him one.
I put an “h” in his name because there was someone with a character named Tikar on dA already, so I didn’t want confusion when you search for either character on here. Still pronounced “Tee-car” though. c:
He change A LOT. I didn’t mean for him to but it just happened when coloring. But look at those jaguar spots. I couldn’t resist. ;U;
And to those I owe art...uhm...

But seriously. For those I owe finished pieces, I’m trying to improve my background skills so I can include them in your picture if I can, because you’re worth it for being so patient. ♥

I love how his backlegs are kinda cat-ish on the top and then morph into dragonfeet <3
And ofc the colors are amazing. I like the combination of the dark blueish body and the bright feathers, they really pop!

I can't take full credit for the dark base/bright accents though haha. It's often a standard for Alteri, but thank you very much! Blue tone to the grey was me at least. xD

The only thing I'd say, though, is the claw on his back foot looks like it would be painful for him to walk, since it's resting right on the ground

Yeah, I only noticed that after submission. xD I did it subconsciously because my species, Xyri, have a really large dewclaw similar to how I drew Tikahr’s and so it was my natural inclination. I’ll try to fix that when I make him a new ref sometime in the future. Thanks for the input! ♥

Wow, I think its safe to say you improved a bit since the last one. I love his colour combo. You're crazy doing those spots though. Seriously. Absolutely insane. They looks so yummy though. So I guess if you have the temperament to do it, its well worth it 
the only thing that bugs me a bit, is that his shoulder (or whatever you call that bump on his back) seems to be halfway up his neck, and a bit odd. But that could just be me.
