so basically it went like this.


I drew a small rectangle inside another slightly bigger rectangle, then I copy pasted it multiple times in the direction I wanted one of the chain parts to take, leaving tiny empty spaces betweem them, then I opened a new layer and drew sticks connecting the rectangles and erased the hidden parts in the first layer.

Then I copy pasted the entire chain piece I had made and slightly adapted it for the position of the other pieces. 

I have no idea how to actually draw chains.
