A little... I think? My boyfriend is making the male gunner armor but the only difference i saw was the helmet, top part of the chest piece, and tasset? I might have to see a reference pic again lol. But i totally re did the chest piece and cut my eva foam already

Hmmmm I don't have a reference BUT I'll try to get my boyfriend to bring his PSP tomorrow and take pictures for you. All I ask of you is send me a note in my inbox so I can remind myself. Did you want the back part of all the pieces and sides and what not?
what are you going to use to make it?

thank you so much for the help i really appreciate this i will message you asap to let you know.
As for the parts, i would like to see what the Damascus Gunner armor looks like from the back; the rear back armor, back shoulders, back ass(?) and back legs looks like.
as for what i will make it out of, im planning on using a type of PVC plastic for most parts of the armor and possibly some wood or fiber glass. Thank you again so much. any and all helps means alot.

do you have a machine to help you mold your pvc plastic? Me and my bf will be using EVA foam for ours and chip board for the helmet

i never thought of EVA foam thats actually pretty damn clever.
as for the PVC i get it in board form , when its like that its called sintra and all you need to do is heat it up enough untill its a pliable but not floppy and u just mold it to whatever shape you want ( cant do all types of shapes but most ) and wait untill it cools down and there it is. It retains its width and thickness and suck.
as for the helmet i was planning on getting a starwars helmet and modding that since they have a similiar look and feel about it. What is chip board ?

Yea EVA foam is a good choice if you can't get sintra =_= cuz our place doesn't really carry it and we have a limited budget lol.
I was about to say the males helmet does have a similar look to the star wars helmet. But for me, I'll be using a skater helmet and use either gun tape or chip board ([link] ) for it. Chip board to me is like a thicker construction paper type of feel or.... if you ever go to costco, some of their pallets are lined with it lol

i havent used EVA foam much but i kinda hate using it for really large peices. and id rather just use sintra or something else like it.
and i think that the face has a T visor like the star wars legacy helmet. Ill also look for that chip board and see how i can work it . =3
