OH well it's easy! I work with sai so whenever I make adopts, I keep the sai file. So when someone buys an adopt I go back to the sai file and add a sold, then I upload it on Da by the 'edit' button to the right of deviations. Once someone else wants one, I go back on it, copy paste the first sold then upload it back on DA..etc
