Crit: Something very strange is going on in a lot of your drawings: your linework is inconsistent. Some lines are crisp, and others look as if they were sketched in and then forgotten about. For a prime example of this, look at the octopus' head. In order to make your drawings really stand out from the very plain placeholder backgrounds, thicken up the lines at the bottoms of the characters (under the tentacles, and underneath her arms) to give them a sense of weight so they are set apart. The top tentacle, speaking of which, needs another pass to define where the tentacle tip really is. As far as anatomy goes, her torso is good but there needs to be more indication of legs under there.
Gush: This is the second picture that I've crit'ed on here that involves octopuses and sofas, and by no means is it getting boring. I love the adorable eyes of the 'pus, and the dress design of the woman is interesting. You've done a good job on depicting a Victorian lounge sofa, and I am digging her stylistic lips. Cool style, and I look forward to seeing your other stuff.

For a good reason! Imagine if Otto couldn't hold his ink while reading an exciting or scary book while sitting on the furniture.
