the letter will arrive just in time for her bday
since Bea lives in Johto and Jenna lives in Sinnoh this could take a few days this is the couple of pidgeys Rupert and Vanilla use to send letters to each other. I don't know if they are already using it or if this is the first time (Bea sends the bday letter to Jenna and Rupert asks them to deliver a letter to Vanilla).
also, me and Jenna have to decide the names and owners of this little couple, so please, don't ask for that information now
