Here is a another tutorial! This is the second one that I made and it turned out to be a really long one! I am hoping it is a little better than my first one lolA little while ago I had a cake roll (never had one before!) I really liked how unique the cake looks from the usual cakes. From that time I was inspired to make these charms.
This tutorial shows how I make a cake roll cane. Here I use my own preferences but you can always make changes that best suit you
if you don't like vanilla you can switch to brown clay to make a chocolate cake instead. I worked hard on putting this together. Feel free to follow exactly or make your very own but please use a link back to this page or let me know if you would like to post this image somewhere else. Thanks!

TLS is just short for saying Translucent Liquid Sculpey
TLS is liquid polymer clay and just like clay it hardens after you bake it.
It can be used to bond clay (glue for raw clay); as a transfer medium for pictures; you can mix
chalk pastels or oils to create "jelly" or translucent-color medium, or also to soften unbaked clay.
I used it in this tutorial to make the "frosting" by mixing it with unbaked clay.

It doesn't look like the strawberries in the cake rolls really showed up well, unfortunately.
I'm curious. Was it more successful than the pictures show?

How they look in the pictures is how they ended up.I was hoping they would show more but was not quite successful lol next time I will add more, a layer of them probably would work better
