It's been a while and I wanted to post something for Fire Emblem's 25th Anniversary that is today, along with Lucina's birthday!so here's an idea I had for the longest time about the opening dialogue to "The threat of silence" paralogue(the one where you recruit Tiki) and i kinda...put 2 and 2 together that this "sacred place" had some sort of a catnip effect on everyone who isn't of Exalt blood or a divine dragon.Β

Echoes pretty much revealed Grima's origin story, Did you know the Shadow Dragon's or Fell Dragon's are made from Divine Dragons blood, Duma was the end result of a Divine Dragon falling into a Fell Dragon, Grima was created using a Dragon Zombie (which was likely a Dead Earth Dragon) mixed with an Insect monster the alchemist who created Grima created himself prior to Grima and the blood of a Divine Dragon (still curious where he got the blood from), a bond of blood was made between the two so the alchemist could control Grima, but well the opposite happened as the alchemist started hearing voices in his head and went mad, that Alchemist is dead, but he locked Grima and the Risen away in a dungeon located in Archena, the Exalt who killed Grima the first time (back when he was much smaller and just the Construct) was Alm and Celica who have the mark of Naga on them, meaning the whole legend was changed overtime, and explaining why Chrom's Falchion looks alot like Alm's then Marth's (they both come from Naga, when Naga exiled Duma to Valentia, he/she gave them a second Falchion in the off chance he or Mila who joined him in his exile regressed, Fell Dragons are Regressed Divine Dragons, Grima is worst cause it's an ARTIFICAL FELL DRAGON made using Divine Dragon blood, Robin is descended from the Alchemist's family like Marth's family was descended from Anri brother,Β Grima's cult are descended from the extreme faction of Duma's old cult who went on to worship Grima instead when he was slain, and eventually got Grima's creator's descendant's invovled so they could create an avatar for it as it can't function without a host with that bloodline in them, hell the Tree is LITERRLY Mila's Corpse, they never explain why Tiki moved to Valentia though, I think at some point Alm and Celica's descendants married into Marth and Caeda's family hence the mark, Naga may or may not have caused the mark to get made, foreseeing that Duma and Mila's actions were going to blow up in their faces and almost destroy Valentia in the process, Grima was unforeseen minor threat who grew into a HUGE problem late, all Alm and Celica did was delay it's introduction to the world for awhile (as his original appearance had they not gone into his dungeon would have really made New Mystery's story alot more interesting in the they'd all be fucked royally way as the new Chapter 6 involving Grima takes place right before Hardin get's corrupted evil by Gharnef and New Mystery starts up)
Funny how Walhart is an extreme version of Alm and his father Rudolf, and Emmeryn is an extreme version of Celica, I shipped the two together back when Awakening was new, now after seeing Alm and Celica, I believe the two would have been stronger had they been married together, Emmeryn keeping his extreme tendicences under control and Walhart doing the same, As too much peace weakened her kingdom, while too much war only created more problems for Walhart, namely Chrom and Robin; Chrom was the mid ground between the two and robin very much helped in keeping him grounded (hence why Chrom x FRobin to me is canon baby)

While good....it's just a theory (Bowser's N64 theme plays as you hear his N64 laugh play at the end).......that I doubt IS will address too much till they come back to Marth's/Alm's/Chrom's world again. Honestly the fans like myself have to add theories from what we gather and what fits because IS is TOO DAMN LAZY to give us the "meat" we desire.
Honestly the Bloodlines of Alm and Marth combining makes sense, I belive the first "Exalt" Chrom and his sisters descendant from was Alm's descendant, and his wife was Marth's descendant who took after her other ancestor Caeda seeing how it was mentioned she was a Pegasus Rider, I like to think Alm's descendant was alot like the Hero of Dragon Quest Eight, A Guard of Royal descendant who was childhood friends with the princess he was tasked with protecting (and by that point, his family's Falchion was already lossing it's power, so he used it like the "family sword" that it was, being similar to how Chrom uses the Falchion in it's unpowered state early on). The two likely would have never gotten together if not for well "Grima happening" and him becoming a hero and "rebuilding" his wife's kingdom after it's cult fucked it up. Or more likely the Falchion was broken and left in Valentia and he used Marth's Falchion which long sense lost it's power (Canon info has confirmed that Marth's Falchion was the SECOND made one, meaning the one given to Duma which Alm's family used was the Original first one) and they were combined to restrengthen their power into the one Chrom and Lucina use along with a new pact hence the Mark changing since it's now under Naga, (the mark likely stayed on future descendants, but had no power after Duma and Mila truly died at the end of Gaiden/Echoes).
I swear Fanfictions have the advantage of not having to hold shit back because of "Executives" wanting everything to fit the "rating description" (I dislike the Fire Emblem fanfics trying to be "edgy" by killing characters off sometimes just because of the games "permadeath" feature, unless they make them meaningful, and only characters who aren't too important to the "main story" are at least given a pass for me)
