Description
"A great evil beast arised and scarred the land with it's ideals, leaving nothing behind but negativity.We decided to use what we could to stop it. So we lured the beast to the center of our peaceful town and used the power of the floating sphere to shatter the mask of the beast. Then scattered the pieces across the world, hopeful that the beast would not return.
That is why I guard this temple, a piece of the beast's mask rests here. And I plan to not give it a chance to awaken."

Something that I am planning on having in XM.... Tho it wont be shown often at all just implied.
And yes that is a dragon in the background, it is the true form of the beast.
Also I am debating if I really should post the actual comic pages online where everyone can see them. (Mainly because of the possibility of theft.) I really wanna keep my comic kinda out of thieving clutches.

There are apparently many characters that have the whole fraying cloak that looks like that... or simular....

There's something inexplainably tantalising about this picture, and I'm not really sure what it is. The motion in it's robes are very powerful, you can really see what it would look like as it drifts about.
Love the subtle background aswell.

This is really beautiful. I love the colors and shading in the mask. The design itself is really unique. The way you laid the colors and shading really make it pop out.
The folds in the fabric are very impressive as well. The colors you were able to create against the black looks very beautiful as though in the light the fabric glitters. The sold black lines in the fabric look really nice, too and really help the colors to stand out.

I'd like to see the comics.. I'm quite interested in the story, truth be told. If you want to keep your work away from theives, make a huge watermark of your signature or your symbol and make it about 80% transparent, slap it on top of the images you upload, and save it as another file so you don't ruin your original works.
Of course, I'm probably talking basic math to a Chemistry whiz... I'm quite sure you know what you're doing, as I have witnessed some of your talents through your art.
Just a suggestion, though, should you want to let your fans see some more of your work

Don't worry about theft. It just never happens. Web comics are obscure things that no editor ever bothers to even look at, because they see no profit in them. On top of that, images on the web are just unusable for offset printing because of their low resolution.
