In short the the blue vapor coming out of the kneeling girls eyes and mouth is her soul being torn out of her body by Hell's Princess. My guess is Hell's Princess feeds on the souls of the innocent that she seduces with her magic. Even if her victims souls were meant to go above, she steals their souls and consumes them, eternally damning them to Hell and never ending torment.
As for her victim name it doesn't matter. She isn't the first or last victim to have their soul unwillingly ripped out of their body.
