okay ive completely recoloured this with most of the new techniques ive learned on Photoshop. However, im a bit unimpressed with the background again. So... im going to give a chance for someone to design a background for me. The one that works the most with it will stay on this new version.Marcus (c)

Wow, I love how the eye came out!
And I like the effect of the background being a busy city lights scene. It makes the character in the foreground seem more of an outcast.

im allowing people to design a background for this as im never satisfied with the backgrounds i try to do with this ¬¬ so if you want you can have a go? ^^
