never had the chance to play this game, but looking at the characters n the gameplay from youtube lol, this seems like a fun game, def. a diff. kind of style of gameplay, which is sweat escape from the side stroller of "street fighter""marvel.vs.capcom""darkstalkers"...etc. i love looking into the classic's of capcom, hate that capcom doesnt inform the new generation of these old games, some these characters could've def. been in "marve.vs.capcom", they at least put this game in XBLA/ PSN, CAPCOM fukin up :/

lol tell me about it man. I love Power Stone so much you have no idea. I'm telling ya, you have got to try and play both games. You can find the anime on youtube with all 26 episodes. lol
and yes, capcom needs to do an HD remake of Power Stone with ONLINE and I'd be the happiest Power Stone fan EVER! lol
Capcom has been dropping the ball since last year. They've been making a lot of bad business decisions. They need their groove back.

XBLA/PSN in general rnt being too cool w/releasing a bunch of classics, CAPCOM the least i believe...i just started really getting into CAPCOM, n not just this game but other games not easily obtainable, i wish were re-made in HD/online.
although CAPCOM has been screwing fans over, i still feel they can improve, they're apparently making another DARKSTLAKERS, so u never know maybe in the future they can make another POWERSTONE...
i wish thru all Capcom would make another VS series n put a select few of characters from games that havent had the chance to b in a VS, characters from Powerstone, Star Gladiator, Breath of Fire, Darkstalkers, Red Earth, Megaman...etc

Darkstalkers IV will be announced eventually, I really hope they'll do Power Stone 3 finally. I've been waiting ever since Power Stone 2 came out years ago.
If they do a Marvel VS Capcom 4 and i'm sure they will, again, Power Stone, Star Gladiator, Rival Schools, Red Earth, and other classic should be included.

i rather not think about MVC4, MVC2 was 1st released in 2000. it took 11years to make the next game. MVC4 wont b coming out for awhile.
best idea would b an all Capcom roster, Capcom: All stars or something lol, or even an actual VS series of NAMCOxCAPCOM, a reboot, since they already cane out w/SFxT and TxSF is coming out eventually, hint hint maybe an CAPCOMxNAMCO for the US version.
rival schools too lol.
i really rather c a VS Capcom game w/fresh new characters or at least none of the character that have been used up too much(RYU lol)

Capcom did try to do a Capcom Fighting All-Stars game but cancelled it because they felt expectations would not be met at all. lol unfortunate really.
But what I really want another Power Stone, Mega Man, and other old games making a comeback.

Yeah I've played Jojo back in the dreamcast days. Pretty fun fighting game. Capcom Fighting Evolution, that disgraceful game. lol don't remind me. I'm sorry but that game sucked. not enough characters, same old used sprites and game mechanics. it was nothing more than a throwback and in the end was a flop.

yeah for a mix-up of capcom characters only, not good at all, they need to make about a 50character roster, and have them from all other games, not just street fighter mainly. and have a balanced game style. not like fighting evo. like MVC or something idk

here's the thing though. MvC2 had 56 characters while UMvC3 has exactly 50. I'm sorry but as crazy as it sounds, 50 to me is not good enough. Tekken tag Tournament 2 is supposedly going to have 60 characters which is huge and pushing the limit of roster number.
Plus UMvC3 I feel is not diverse enough. Street Fighter, Darkstalkers, Mega Man, Resident Evil, and few other series were included, but some are still missing such as Power Stone, Rival Schools, Onimusha, Captain Commando, and more. Capcom needs to represent most if not all their franchises in a VS game.

it was just an example, i know MVC2 had more, which made MVC3 lame w/less. tho i still liked it, more characters would of def. made it much more awesome.
n well TTT2 is its own branch, it doesnt involve other characters from namco, like street fighter game series alone, could go all out w/60 something characters, but Capcom's a dick.
but involving characters from every other game, makes it harder to decide who goes in/ out. they choose the characters that fit the game style they made for the game, or at least that's what they want us to believe, although surely they can make as much characters as they can.
no joke the "if" possible Capcom all-stars happens, they need to try a much more fresh roster, cuz like u said UMVC3 wasnt too diverse, i get that.
im actually trying to come up w/a fake roster, nerd'in out on the history of capcom characters, and seeing the difference of fighting styles of all characters to see who should even be in the game, sounds rather lame but yeah aha

haha yeah, no doubt and have a point. SFIV could've had more characters, but they're going by their canon storyline and whatnot. but even so, the fanservice could be better. Perhaps Street Fighter 5 will be better roster number wise.
Yes it makes it harder to decide who gets in. Popularity and licensing are the biggest problems. But really gets me is the lack of diversity as I said before and I simply wanna more of that. Marvel VS Capcom 4 could hopefully improve on that capcom hardly touched their historic franchises.
But yeah we'll see.

I know man, I've been wondering about that for years! They did at one point plan to make it, but it didn't happen.
They brought back Power Stone with Power Stone Collection for PSP in 2006. since then, that's all we've had.
Capcom supposedly has a "fighting game road map" which could they're bringing back more fighting games and making sequels. Supposedly a new darkstalkers game is in the works and Power Stone Collection might get ported to PS3. I can only hope something big happens!

I totally agree man! i was surprised by Power Stone Collection because i really thought Capcom forgot about the series like for real at that point 
Capcom needs to realize PS has a fanbase and alot of people do love the game and will probably buy it if it gets realeased.
I mean at this point i would just be happy with one last PS game although i would want the series to go as long as it could but i would like even one more, same with Shenmue man atleast one more. Sometimes i question Capcom's decsion on alot of things no PS3 then you cancel Meaga Man Legends 3?! ah hell naw man! lol.
And i know you from youtube as powastunna my username is spindoctor91 there lol. I just hope PS makes a comeback man with new characters and old characters returning and all that good stuff.

haha, good to see ya man. lol believe me, Capcom hasn't forgotten about Power Stone and they know the fanbase. Seth Killian and Christian Svensson both want to see Power Stone make to comeback, especially to consoles.
I remember an old article that I read several months about Power Stone Collection being ported to PS3. They've still been trying to make it happen. They have to keep talking with sony in order to make it happen. The sooner it happens the better. Until then, I have PStone Collection on my PSP and I'll keep playing.

That is awesome man i do agree, i still play the heck out of PS for my Dreamcast still and forever will be awesome. Seth is cool and i hope the PS Collection gets ported heck even a HD PS 1 & 2 remake would be beyond awesome.

Yeah, me too! Power Stone has so much potential, Power Stone 1 is great, but Power Stone is even better! Since they brought back Street Fighter with the upcoming Street Fighter 4, there could be that chance that Capcom bring back Power Stone with a sequel! Power Stone 3 is VERY MUST HAVE for me! I want Power Stone 3 so bad, I can taste it!

My favorite character is Wang Tang, Jack, and Accel. As for stage, hmm, that's a tough one. I like that one in the second game that had a lake. I forgot the location.

POWER STONE ROCKS!!!! this is awsome. I don't own collection yet but I will eventually. this was one of the greatest games ever. was it just me or did you ever think rouge was really sexy looking. Julias' transformation was a little creepy though. who were your fav characters between the two games?

Yes, POWER STONE ROCKS AND ALWAYS WILL!!!! I'm a very huge and dedicated Power Stone fanatic! The best video game I've ever played in my entire life, and my most favorite video game of all time. I have PS Collection and I LOVE IT!
My favorite character is Wang Tang from both of the games. I also like Falcon and Accel. I play with Wang-Tang mostly and every so often I play with Falcon and Accel.
I always thought Rouge was sexy looking. Julia has a very weird and kinda funny looking transformation! hehe!
