I would've liked to color all the other bosses, but our internet got fucked up a bit and I had other things to do in the last few days so this was the best I could do before the deadline.
IMO regardless of Inkwell Isle being part of America or not, Werner is simply pissed of being forced into this 4Kids bullshit lol (I mean, they did use some anime with characters that don't have American nationality in that infamous anthem video)

I small part of me as thinking that Inkwell Isle was Canadian, but because of my headcannon that the island was somewhere off the coast of Sweethaven (the town where Popeye lives) and this art, I believe that Inkwell Isle is American.
