Description
So, my mind randomly reminded me of a buried piece of my early childhood, way back in the sweet careless kindergarten days in the late '90s.Before the Bionicle franchise started, LEGO Technic made a series called Slizer (or "Throwbots") which are pretty much the prototypes of the Toa, these robots that represent various environments or natural elements.
I remember having the "Ice" and "Jungle" Slizers.
Anyway, I remembered the instructions of the couple sets I had having a display of all the Slizers in their environment m.blog.hu/ja/jatekokapolcrol/i… and I realized I could've done something similar, with movie monsters:
Space (Alien)
Jungle (Predator)
Arctic (The Thing)
Sea (shark from Jaws)
Desert (a Graboid)
Fire (Shin Godzilla)
And so I did it. Childhood meets adulthood in an unexpected but welcome package.
Doing this was satisfying.
