Description
This is the other part of the set I did of Jack and Creeper in their little weird Oblivion crossover. While Jack is the Duke of Dementia, paranoid and antisocial, Creeper is the Duke of Mania, outgoing and sexually charged. In a way, Creeper is addicted to every single thing he views as good. Crime fighting, jokes, playing, sex, etc. etc. He's also very confusing in his methods, never explaining how or why he carries them out.

I tried to make him look manic and curious, and kinda sexually interested. Hey, don't blame me. One of the main symptoms of mania is an insatiable sexual appetite, as well as experimental and rough sex. Still though, I hope I made him look crazy enough. :3
