Your comics seems quite interesting, a Twilight with strength of Earth Pony, Ability to fly like Pegasus and power above any Unicorn can be a really good Mare Do Well.

However I must disagree on two thinks in this comics from my personal perspective:

First, I got the impression that princesses in Equestria are not born as royalty or even as Alicorns, they become Alicorns after passing some sort of challenges and trails, with make them more like sages then rulers, so long story short, Twilight as element bearer of magic, national hero, good researcher and great field leader would never be forced to waste her time on etiquette,and since magic, knowledge and her friends are source of her power, Twilight would not be separated from something what make her so strong.

The next point I would like to make is that Twilight did not passed so many challenges and faced so many dangers only to make others do job for her the moment she got wings and title, so as much as I can understand that her subjects would assist her, I see no reason why going to deal with the problem herself or leading special forces to recover her element would be " would not be worthy of a princess ", I disagree on that party, after all Celestia and Luna turned Discord into stone and banished Sombra in direct confrontation, there is no rule saying that princess in Equestria can not get her hooves dirty.

Anyway despite those 2 thinks what I disagree in your comics, I must say that you pulled Batman nicely, on the outside Twilight just like Bruce is have power, money and infuence while no one would expect them to take direct action ( mane 6 saved Equestria many times and no one recognize them, so no would would even think twice that princess Twilight Sparkle is a baddass who know how to kick flanks, and then Mare Do Well just like Batman is a good cover to deal with crimes and threats as guards became corrupted and can not be counted on.

Thanks a lot for your comment.and for you attention. I don't work alone on this and we tried to have a coherent reflection starting from the show and, maybe in the future, using some element of the official mlp comics.

About the first point: you are right, and you can see that all the princess are very friendly and open to their subjects. But in another hand, there is an very important aristocratic class in esquestria, they seems to be very powerfull and, as we can judge, the politic landscape of equestria count on this aristocratic class. That's why (in our though) Every princess must know and respect the etiquette. And you are rigth for the point about separating twilight of her friends. But we must do this to in troduce an atmosphere where she was not at her place. And , to introduce this we have choose to let canterlot with only one princess: twilight ... The others occuped with their duty in other places.

You are right too. But she must manage equestria, not chase the criminal, that's the point where we want to lead. And Sombra is the leader of a Nation, not a robber. At least, it's only the beginning ^^.

And again thank you very much about your ideas an your point of view it's always a bliss to get some constructive criticism.

Lets examine what you just said, Sombra was threat on national level, same as Discord and Nightmare Moon and Chrysalis, however you forgot the plot you used in this comics, element of harmony has been stolen.

Think about it, elements are the most powerful artifacts in Equestria what can be used only by element bearers, Twilight and her friends used them to save the world from Nightmare Moon and Discord, and they were main intergrent in Twilight transformation, whats more, elements of harmony were kept behind sealed doors what Discord passed with easy, as result Celestia cast spell what would not let Discord steal it, and if Discord can not steal it, how can anypony steal it.

And finally, element of harmony ( element of magic ) is not just a crown stolen from princess, without this crown, there is nothing what can be used again reformed Discord in case if he decide to take over, and what if some huge threat show up in Equestria, elements will be useless.

So yea, stealing element of magic from princess Twilight ( element of magic ) I would call a national crisis worth of princess and national hero full attention and personal assistance.

And small point on my own, should not Twilight have decades to learn how to rule Equestria, so far Celestia alone was able to rule it, and now there is also Luna, so Twilight taking charge would need to be temporary and it would not be a full control, more like a practical studding.

You are right on many points. But each can be involved.
But taking discord for exemple don't seem very fair for me. You are right about the spell, but, I understood that it's only a spell against him, not anypony. Or it's what I wanted to understand ^^. And you are right about that point.
But the character of discord is very hard to understand, he is powerfull, but he gives to the mane six the ability to stop him, by playing with her. The first time we see him in the show, he could easily hide the element where they will never find them , but he put them in ponyville. So, it's hard to take an action of discord in the juncture of the world of equestria.
I think discord chaos is a part of equestria as the sun, the moon, the power of the crystal empire and certainly many other hiden powers or characters that the show didn't put in scene yet. So I guess he is an opportunist but not suicidal, and, in time, he will choose the lesser harm (because he is the chaos not the devil).

You are also putting the finger on a point that I totally forgot in the final version of the comic :/ , and now I don't know how to correct it... hard to explain, but at first I wanted to make twiligth trying to hide the fact and avoid panic... Too late I guess XD.

And about twiligth regency, you are right too, and that also where I want to come in a close future.

Well, Discord is indeed complicated,but I made some assumptions about him:

1) Discord is not evil, he is just playful and want to have fun.

2) Maybe Equestria being full of Harmony somehow affected Discord, making him weak and soft, after all he could win easy and yet he give mane 6 a fighting chance, and even Celestia considered to reform him.

3) It is odd that Discord can steal elements hidden behind magically sealed Door but one of Celestia spells made elements impossible for Discord to take away.

You got a point that Discord power is complicated and we do not know how easy he went on his enemies, giving them fighting chance and not going all out just for the fun of it, however if Celestia spell really worked so that Discord could not steal elements any longer, it is still the only way to seal Discord without killing him, and even if Fluttershy is sure that Discord had change of heart, I am sure that half of Equestria would think otherwise.
