The character is interesting, but I think the background ruins the drawing. It's better to focus on the character for now, and keep practicing backgrounds a little bit, see a lot of references, environments and landscapes, and copy elements. Use always references while you're learning the basics

Okay, but im a little afraid of references because i tend to copy the style of an artist and i don't think that's fair to the artist and their hard work but i will try my best also when you say focus on the charecter more do you perfer me not to like...add backgrounds while im learning them? also when i practice backgrounds should i add charecter's, rough sketches, or nothing at all when i practice them.?

There's nothing wrong with coping, you're still looking for your own style. And possibly your style will be a mix of everything you copied, everything is experience. All the artists begin coping, to understand the magic behind the drawing. U can also use photo references, to understand things and get more interesting compositions.
You can practice backgrounds with or without characters, characters are good to have a scale.
When I said focus on the character, I meant, in that drawing for exemple, I think you didn't have the obligation of doing a background.

It's only bad, if you don't credit the artist, or post it online as yours. But try do to a copy for day, in preference of photos. the second step is use the references as inspiration, mix ideas from many references, and build a new one, but you've time to get there.
