I don't drink it too often and I'm like 17 so normally that's when people start drinking it XD late teens and such when school gets tiring. I think I drink it like once or twice a month and oddly enough I'm still growing really fast? Dad's gf said girls stop growing after they get their periods but maybe that's a lie or an exception in my case XD
