I looked at the comments of Cathy's sheet and well, not wanting to be mean or anything, but I wanted to actually see how similar these character were and well I saw they weren't too similar, only one I could say is true is that there both young. So yeah, just going to put this here. .3.Cathy belongs to rileyticcixxx

From my original comment (since you didn't bother to read it): "They both have brown hair, wear pink dresses, have blood on their faces (I'm assuming the pink streak is blood), and both were children who died and were reincarnated who now harm/kill people."
Superficial differences like light brown vs dark brown hair don't change the fact they are very similar in concept and appearance.

It is true that they brown hair, wear pink dresses and have blood on there faces but there was no info or anything showing that Cathy is dead. .3.
Still she has her own differences and I think it's fine, sometimes a character can look similar to another character. Besides at least she's literally not a literal cut and paste.

Either way, they are still extremely similar and with little to no info on Cathy, there's very little to go on.
