Kaizo finally stared up at Baste one last time, a brow raising as he wondered, "For me?... Why?..." He couldn't begin to comprehend why this stranger would buy him a gift without even knowing who or what he was. His claw reached up to grasp the collar gently and stared down at it before beginning to try and hide a smile as he muttered lowly, "Could you help put it on?" Baste smiled a big nod of her head as she helped clasp the collar around his neck as it was a bit big considering it was for an adult but he would grow into it as he got older.As he sat there, facing away he finally smiled gently as he was truly happy about this amazing collar that his new foster parent had bought him as he then shook his head. He composed himself to have his smile fade before turning over to face them. He was now ready to go to what would be his new home with his flashy new accessory as they proceeded to Baste's home.

Not really, if they are good than they don't need it as they just follow the "owner" but since he is a wyngro he has none.
Kaizo won't turn into an adult until like December most likely and I mean I guess but I prefer not to? Like that is kinda demeaning towards his personality and he wouldn't even allow his sister to do that.
