His eyes go from Light blue, to gray to white pupils and darker blue 'whites' in his eyes | Almost ALWAYS wears a white leather jacket | His hair is quite fluffy, but normally messy | Hair is gray in front and white in back | Uses his powers to create a 'tornado' sword and mini tornadoes around his feet, which allow him to somewhat glide, almost fly | Always wears light colors, and very simple clothes |

Backstory
His parents died when he was about 12, leaving him and his 6 year old brother alone in the world. Having no family left, and it seemed no one really cared about them. Since, there family where quite poor, and lived in a bad part of town. It was almost invaluable that the family would die. Luckily though, with Tora's powers, he was able to protect himself and his little brother. For 5 years, they lived alone on the streets. Tora doing odd jobs here and there to keep them fed, sometimes kind people would take them in for the night. One day, they would run into one of these kind people, that worked for Asylum. This person decided to help the brothers, and got Tora a job at Asylum. Giving them a place to live, that fed them and took care of them. It took a few years, but Tora become even better with his powers. Becoming a valued worker at Asylum, even going on to train a few others(Even his brother). With time though... He learned Asylum wasnt as great as he thought, meeting a friend named Daigo who made him question thing. Recently, he got close to a co-worker, Hayze, which he has just started dating. Also, meeting some new friends. Now, he still works for Asylum, since they do still do good. But as he does, he tries to figure out there secrets, working with his friends to see whats really going on.

Extra
Tora has slight anger issue. It isnt to bad, and he is pretty good at keeping it under control. The only time it seems to come out, is when you hurt someone he cares about. Even if its just making fun of them.
Can create different weapons with his wind, but he prefers his long sword.
