That's the soviet MAD tank from Red Alert, isn't it

It's an hakonnen tank from the game "Dune" (inspired by the book) actually, kinda an ancestor of cnc, made by westwood aswell.
And the harkonen units had the hability to self destruct to makes lots of damages.

And it's "Dune II". the original "Dune" game was an adventure/strategy mix made by Cryo, hence why the Westwood one was called nr 2.
