it's true, almost everywhere I go, when ever people insult one another, one of 'em just has to say "autism" or "autistic".
IΒ did this one earlier because as one with autism myself, I find it rather frustrating that people can't be mature & think of any other insult to throw at somebody (not that they should be insulting each other at all)
it's like they don't know that autism is a real learning disability & they treat it like it's no big deal

I just hate it when people accuse people of having a specific mental disability that's incorrect. the term "retard" implies you can have any form of mental disability, and some people on the net really are mentally ill.
