This was on the second day at NZ. we had been driving along, seeing mountains in the distance and getting excited, then we came here. It was so beautiful, and the water was crazy. It was that amazing colour and quite opaque. I think it must have a whole lot of minerals in it or something... It tasted really different to...Related content

I remember driving along one day in NZ and I was like, "What's that big blue thing?" and mum was like "That's a river." I was shocked. I thought it was poisoned or something.. it was turquoise!

Beautiful scene! ..Yea..mountain water that aquamarine color is usually full of minerals from the runoff.. there are lots of pools and lakes that color in Alaska from glacier melt..beautiful to see.. funny to taste lol
