Flashy colors are... flashy D: but they seem to fit in this piece. I'm not into Street Fighter much, but I can say that you do shadows marvellously. Escpecially on the red jacket in the foreground.

I'm not a fan of colors in any way myself, to be honest, I find it extremly hard to pick them properly D: So I'm very cautionous about kind of pallete you've chosen here. Is there a way of toning it down and still having it look like a party?
