Description
When the local village built a wall to keep the dead out they began to fly.They do not rend your body & consume flesh. No, they burn & devour the souls of the living or the freshly dead. Each soul they consume is directly siphoned into Xadek instantly. Nicknamed "The Mouths of Xadek". They roam/hunt in packs of 5-10. Picking fresh battle fields & preying on travelers & settlements around the edge of Wraithmoore.

Close, Its a shapeless being in which everyone who sees it sees their worst fear but there could be an army in front of it & each individual soldier would see something different. It also make them see things like their fellow soldiers become horrid creatures (even though they really havent). It is the ultimate crowd control. because all of a sudden every soldier is fighting an army of their own horrors. whole brigades rip themselves apart in pure terror.

I kinda disagree, I believe it's instinct. Fear in a way is kinda like common sense, for example lets say you're in the city and you don't know where to go. Common sense would dictate that you don't go up to the eight black dudes who're big and ghetto to ask for directions. If you're afraid of sharks, fear would dictate that you don't go into the shark-infested waters of the Carribean... it's the same concept. I think fear is like the Yin to the Yang, if you get what I mean. Without it there wouldn't be balance...

Phobias are irrational fears. & I could kill all 8 before they knew what happened. Im a knife fight master level combatant. Im a weaponizer. & I do love my Ridge Runner Assassin [link] & My cane spike (rather than a hidden blade its a 25 inch long triangle skewer with 3 blood-lets) that I never leave without. I wouldnt be afraid at all.
