Close earlyRaffles are against dA policy so I shut it down early

Custom Adoptable Raffle~
Rules:
+ Tickets cost 2pts each
+ Buy as many as you want (and feel free to add all the points at one time, and not in 2pt increments)
+ Ends November 6th
How it works:
+ each ticket has a number
+ the winner will be selected via random number generator
+ numbers are assigned in order of purchase
+ number of winners depends on the overall number of tickets bought (could be up to four <3 )
+ drop the points in my donation bin on my profile page ~KillOnSite
The Prize
+ a custom adoptable
+ the request can be a detailed as you want, and can have a background if you want.
+ I will use any free use line art you want of any species

I think it's legal matters, because points are equivalent to real money. And in order to raffle with real money you need a gaming license. I think. I don't really understand it. But I figure I should fallow there rules
