Wow. I forgot to leave a comment before faving it. Honestly, I'm not entirel about what he is holding, but I think it's a human heart if I'm not mistaken. I like the blood splattering in there. How did you even do that?
It looks all so bloody, and heck looks so dark too, I really like it that way. Keep it up with the drawings! And I don't believe that this deviation is your worst. ^o^

Haha. Maybe I should make a tutorial for my blood sometime. Hope you don't mind if I copy paste my explanation?
Take a dry media brush, color everywhere you want blood while putting the layer on 'multiply'. Then you take a wet media brush, the one that looks kinda speckled, and erase some of it and it creates a texture .

Try as you might, but I reckon a dude with blood trickling from his mouth wouldn't be considered a 'nice guy' by societie's standards... but in modern society, he's a freakin saint! Too bad the eyes weren't more evil, he would've been raised to 'saint's best friend'. Yeah, modern society is screwed up. I love this pic. ^_^
