Well, I think Marvel, the creator of Captain America, would have his saying on that I'm afraid. The costyme is a homemade replica from the movie by the name Captain America.

Then I'd say you haven't paid much attention to the movie theaters. It was one of the more popular movies worldwide last fall. (FYI - This image was taken in Northern Norway, a few houndred miles north of the arctic circle.
