Program used: Rhinoceros 4 w/V-ray for RhinoClassification: Enhanced Duel Purpose Round
The Memory Expander (ME) round is a duel purpose round created from a unique nano metal alloy. The hard sharp tip allows the bullet to have light armor piercing qualities and after impact with an object the nanite controller inserted in the round causes the nanites in the metal to rapidly rearrange themselves into forming a wide expanded disc that will cause trauma to soft tissue.

Seems really advanced. And expensive. Although I would like to see a few thousand of these in .50BMG tearing the living hell out of a zombie/Alien horde. Plus the striped casings would look tight spinning away from my Browning M3 hmg.
