I spilled a little water on his cape, so it looks funky, but I think I exicuted (literaly) it very nicely. I need to be able to come up with better backgrounds. D: I also messed his hair. I think it makes his head look too big, or that the wind got realy strong and made it go "FLOOF!!" Oh well. ;3 I also didn't put his gun and other hand in. It was like, REALYREALY late at night, so I decided to save myself all the hardship and strife and just put in that little Cerberus keychain thingy. x3 I'm a dork.
