Took longer than I care to admit, seeing it is only 5X7, but I am very happy with the end result!- Mechanical pencil, vinyl eraser, stump and my fingers for blending. Reference pic.
Slight photo darkening, I don't know why the photo has the bluish tinge, but I kinda like it.

art is all about expression and emotion and creativity and a myriad of other things. as long as when you create you put ur all into it and u can be proud of ur work then others will be too. *in my opinion* lol

When I got the thumb in my new deviations list I first thought it was Drizzt and Catti-Brie. I just finished reading the Ghost King *sniffs* and I guess I still had them in my mind.

I did portray his blonde hair fairly white, so I can see the comparison! I haven't read R.A. Salivatore, but I know that I should (my sister is a huge fan) And to be compared to two such iconic characters is flattering and kinda scary because they are characters from my latest attempt at writing.
Oh well, I really love how it turned out - and I'm glad you like it!
