Arrow will be in SHC
You know, a lot of people are very excited about BOTW. Personally, I was happy in a different way: the gaming experience itself was not my main focus, but rather the tool through which I could get information.
I love creating stories, and I had thought about adding Arrow (Link) to SHC. Joining both my brother's gameplay and mine (as we traveled and fought differently, he who played through, and me who sidetracked and fought Ganon as a brute), I was able to build his personality in order to adapt it to the story, and see how fundamental or ephemeral his role would be, and how he could interact with the other Link.

His role as of now, which could grow:
My mind has perceived Arrow as calm and determined. Besides Origin, he was the other Link who had to fall to rise, thus he has a special connection to him and often refers to him as "father".
I see him having a special connection with Ravio and Albi, considering how good of a listener he is, and how even when the other person can be rude and abusive of him, he tries to find the good in them and show support. (Yes, Zelda, I get you were frustrated and depressed. We understand) He could be supportive of Albi, who has a complex, lingering past, and current events remain uneasy for him.
He has abilities the other Links don't have, and he can offer a helping hand.
Like Twi, he can cook, however they may have different reasons as to why they do so, and also recipes to share.
He knows Twi--- in wolf form, that is.
Remember how Engi and his Zelda were together, but then Zelda was annoying and Engi was a d*ck? (sorry, turned off the nice wording) Well, we can tell Arrow and Sad Zelda are close, not thanks to Zelda, though. So maybe he could offer some advice.
He has a pony-tail and spiky hair. Surely Time and Sky will like him.
Weapons: Ravio has plenty items, and Arrow, unlike the other Link, can handle a broad array of them. Useful, indeed.

Now, some notes
Original design--
Ingame, he's short.
Has a strong build, but remains androgynous and has big hips and thighs.
He also has a big butt compared to the other Link (not complaning)
He has shapely lips, a small nose, and a very particular eye shape which showcases large, top lashes. His ears are also big, but not long like Time's.
The hands are actually very boy-ish.

My modifications--
Plump lips, unexisting ingame.
Longer hair.
Nipples, because he needs them to feed the children, and by children I mean Sidon.
Slightly smaller eyes. Big lips and big eyes just don't work so well together.
Marked muscles, because with all that physical activity, his original build just doesn't make sense to me. I MAY tone it down a bit.

And you thought I was just playing the game for fun.
