Why does Dean said "Pudding!" at this scene?
I think "pudding" means something like this picture above.
Japanese dub translated "pudding!" as "sausage!". Then I can get the meaning and laugh at it.
But I can't get the meaning of that English...Somebody, please tell me why was it "pudding"?? Is there any American jokes which Asian don't know in that scene? Is "pudding" kinda cant?

Yes, I could see that He pretended to be crazy. But I couldn't get why he said "pudding", dropping his underwear ... But told me that the patient in the hospital tend to serve pudding to their panties. Now I can understand !
