Why does Dean said "Pudding!" at this scene?
I think "pudding" means something like this picture above.
Japanese dub translated "pudding!" as "sausage!". Then I can get the meaning and laugh at it.
But I can't get the meaning of that English...Somebody, please tell me why was it "pudding"?? Is there any American jokes which Asian don't know in that scene? Is "pudding" kinda cant?

"Pudding!" was actually a reference to a part in the movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, which is about people in a mental institution.

He just says pudding as a random word so the lady will think he is crazy, it doesn't have any meaning. Pudding in america comes in little plastic pots/cups and is like chocolate mousse or yogurt or something.

can you think of anything crazier than dropping your trousers shaking your dick from side to side with your arms in the air shouting "pudding!"?
it was a distraction because they weren't meant to be there and niether could come up with a good excuse, and i thought pudding was like a very thick custard-like creamy dessert, like a thick chocolate mousse or yogurt...
so although pudding is not sausage, by changing the word they got the same idea across - and gave us all the mental image of jensen shaking his dick about like an excited naked toddler...

your most welcome, and at least sausage would have been kind of a "look at my sausage" thing where as "pudding" is kinda random - thats what makes it crazier

Pudding is not a sausage X'D It's a kind of limp cake, and Dean said that to seem crazy to the nurse, so he and Sam didn't get in trouble
