This is an entry for a contest on Gaia... I really liked the characters, and enjoyed being able to design the clothes instead of follow a design. There are a lot of great entries already for the contest and I imagine there will only be more, but I feel pretty good about this piece, and Im happy with how close I got to my goal for the way I pictured her appearing. Anyway... Kamiki is a kitsune elder spirit. wow, her anatomy is really, very good. did you have a reference pose? seriously the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, knees, ankles, feet, ALL of it. Flawless.

I got some wings earlier with help from my hubby, now I feel I will have repaid him for all the things he has done for me... so he will wear them on loan lol. Maybe if I do enough contests and such I will be able to do a contest of my own.... its really exciting to see all the lovely arts people get. And no.. I think I will alwaysoffer the same stuff on gaia that I do, mostly because it will not be offered often and just continue to do the contests - I enjoy them the most really, I guess Im competitive lol. (I did open some slots at my shop - and while they are probably more expensive than normal shops they dont come near anywhere to the insane auction prices I've seen now). Anyway, I know you really are a busy bee! But its nice to chat,I cant help it!

Anyway, what can I say other than that I absolutely love it! The picture with Maris is also great, but I like this one better! I know you turned to colouring line-less after a perioud when you still did lines and yet it seems like you've been doing this forever - you're so good at it! The colours are so rich and they are perfectly blended up to the fines detail! And she really does seem to enjoy swinging!
The only fishy thing is that her calf looks a little longer than the thigh, but beautiful and elegant legs otherwise.
If I were to take a guess I'd say you'd have high chances of winning the contest, but good luck anyway!
