This took most of the night and I finished it earlier but left to go run some errands. Enjoy part 2! You guys would be scared too if you saw a freakin' millipede the size of your thigh.
Since the program I use is a jerk, the scene I'm in with the millipede you can't see but I'm spraying him w/ Raid.

I use two, Fire Alpaca and GIFQuickMaker.

Okay never heard of it but from quick google search I gather you have a Mac. So all the programs I know are pretty useless.
...but what I did for awhile was create the video using Windows Movie Maker and then use a video to swf converter. Perhaps you can find a similar method with Mac.
