I love all the details which are to be discovered here, and the skull bone shining through the skin. And that strangely calm mood, as if there was some respect between the two of them. It could hit at Eowyn having a bit of a yearning on death - she's certainly fed up to the gills with the life of a princess in the tower, not allowed to do battle, but doing nursemaid duties to those who are, trying to evade Wormtongue instead of just hacking him to pieces and be done with it - ...
... or it could be just Eowyn being thrilled to finally be where she always wanted to be.
I really like the ambiguity, and lots of bonus points for not putting Eowyn into some $+%?!! fan service armor with cups hammered into the metal. (Getting a d-cup chest into plate armour is no problem at all, really. Unless you're a barbie doll.)
Love the details in the background and the crown on the Nazghul.

I think you depicted the witch king greatly. His face slightly reminds me of Thranduil showing his scars to Thorin, when he teels him he faced the Fire Serpents of the North. Love how your Witch King turned out.
