I intended this piece to mainly be a reflection of the struggle with mental health issues, but also the anxieties created by a relentless onslaught of information with no filter in place, something that has become increasingly potent in the current crisis we face. Its vital, especially right now, we care for ourselves both physical, but also emotionally and mentally. We need to look after each other and ourselves to get through, which we will, together.
