Damn, this is something very similar to the one in my head, that I wanted to realise, a futuristic chase scene in the city. Excellent.

Photoshop, on this one i used like 2 brushes the default and most of the time a vecrtical rectangle brush i made (nothing special about it )
I start with greyscale and finaly add the color with a layer in overlay mode, and one layer in Color Doge for the speculars(shiny/reflections), but i don't always paint the same way, still trying to figure out best ways.

No worries, the paintings i post here are pretty random, i have have had a tablet for 2 years now and first paintings i did on photoshop were truly baaaaaaaaaaddd and i still have a lot to learn! ^^ just keep doing paintings, the more you do the better you get, try to find tutorials and look at other artist's paintings to figure out how they do it
