The greatest amount I've ever commissioned from anyone was 3 pieces... I think 7 is a lot. Then again, the cost per piece was usually far more expensive.
Common misconception. Though paypal will keep pestering you to add a credit card, you don't actually need one to set up an account. You can use that credit card-less account as any other user.
