Its Loki and Mayura ( from Matantei Loki Ragnarok ) and I wanted to give the drawing a Christmas-ish feeling to it.... yes, i know that Loki hates rain ... but in this case its frozen rain ( i mean snow, not hail ) so it doesn't really count
