Commission forSorry for taking so long to finish this, it's just life's been a little hectic. But I drew it extra special to make it up to you, Hope it's to your liking~ !
Also, I was having trouble deciding which pose to draw them in anyway so I just drew both
I gave Canada the darker skin and freckles you wanted (hopefully I didn't go overboard with the freckles)
It was fun drawing these 2 again especially Canada~ It's been a while since I drew him.
I thought the most fitting place for Ned to instigate forehead kisses would be a Tulip field so I added that as the Background.
I like how they turned out hope you do to~

Canada having darker skin makes sense because of the native population. Also, the Canadians I know have darker skin then he does in the Anime.

Yeah, In the anime most everybody has a similar skin tone. They did add a bit of variety in the newer compared to the very old anime but it's still needs a bit more diversity.
The skin tone was the commissioners request but I find it very fitting.
