This art is actually kind of old!! I drew this last year in August I believe? It was for an artist telephone game, but the game died off, sadly...I was the starter piece for the game, and I still really like how it came out!!
She ended up turning into an OC of mine actually. :^3c Her name is C.E.C.E. (a name given to her by the government--) She's a traveling space alien that got stuck on Earth and got caught by the government, but she escaped! Now just goes on weird escapades around the planet. LOL
Important facts: she talks like a californian surfer and is an avid Lisa Frank collector
