Anytime, this little fellow isn't loseing his stomach, really.

~* What program do you use for this?
Well, that's pretty simple, I usually draw and animate in PhotoShop. And since converting is boring in PhotoShop, I take the finished animation to ImageReady and convert it there -> From .PSD to .GIF;
~* How much time you this animation took?
Well, 2 hours or maybe a little less.
~* I'm new to this whole thing. Where can I find some tutorials?

Yes, emoticons actually have pretty much bases on dA. From normal emoticons to big ones, from happy expressions to sad ones, you can find some of them, or maybe all of them, here:
