I did this ages ago.... it was for my mid-year artwork thing. Had to be something to do with food, and done in paint. Well, mine is a fingerpainting actually, which was slightly embarrassing to do in class.
I'll try to explain the idea of it, cause nobody seems to have any idea... the idea was to do with discrimination, and that all people are pretty much exactly the same (represented by the lemons), even though we still get silly labels thrown on us telling us if we're 'right' or 'wrong' (the ticks and crosses). It could be for different sexes, different coloured skin, etc.
Yeah.. that's pretty much it.

Looks very deep, like you've given it a lot of thought! Soo bad of the reflection of the light on the canvas though. :S I hate it when that happenes...

Yeah, the reflection is annoying... My art teacher took the picture though, so when I get the painting back (they're being displayed in a cafe) I'll take a better photo
