.........I didn't know Butters could be like that........and the fact that he's using some of his normal vocabulary like 'Neat-o' just makes it even freakier. It's scary when somebody says that to your face with a threatening tone. It's WAY worse when they can say it in a happy cheery voice like they think it's as fun as getting ice cream with a friend.
